There's nothing like getting a history lesson with your comfort content. I love it!! Question for Sam- for my wind down routine, I take my meds and shower right before bed. I like to dim my lights and play your videos as part of winding down the atmosphere. Are any of your videos particularly good for that sequence, where you aren’t lying down at the beginning of the video?

@@SnoozewithSam Starting in Inverness so of course Loch Ness! Craig Dunain, Urquhart and Inverness Cathedral. I also want to go to Leaky’s Books and I have tickets to the Highland Games. I’m desperately trying to fit Isle of Skye in. I have 1 open day that I could go but I haven’t figured it out yet since I prepaid my Inverness hotel, I have to figure out how to do Skye in one day. After I leave Inverness, I’m headed to Stirling for a couple of days to see Stirling Castle as well as Doune Castle . I wanted to go to Balmoral but I missed the tickets before it sold out so that just means I’ll have to go to Scotland again. Haha. I finish up my vacation in London.

@@SnoozewithSam I actually ended up re-listening to a different story… it did definitely help though!!❤️ And, yeah… shorts/reels are definitely a problem for me, but… honestly, if they didn’t exist I’d probably just find something else to waste time on. I’m pretty sure I was trying to numb/avoid an anxious feeling, so in a way reels are probably a lot better than other coping strategies I could’ve used 💁🏼‍♀️🤔🤷🏼‍♀️

Out of all the other stories I've listened to you and your voice are the best. I generally wake every 2 maybe 2 and half hours , but thanks to you I go back to sleep pretty quick.
