There was also the fact in the Eisenhorn storyline that if the heretic Pontius Glaw were to obtain Yssarile’s mausoleum, which had a "barque" or Yssarile’s daemon weapon. Should Pontius Glaw obtain Yssarile’s "barque", it would end with him being the next Chaos God, and the end of existence which was foreseen by Eldar Farseers.

tbf I read the eisenhorn trilogy and that whole demon thing ist just a reason for the stakes to be "there is no more future to see, says the farseer" line and to have a cool boss arena. Eisenhorn and even Glaw are too stupid to fathom the place they are in and the books are written from eisenhorns perspective. Everything said is just "This is probably like this, but I dunno, I wasn't there a million billion years ago". The Books the lore are from are WAAAAAAAY too "small picture" to even start discussing shit like this.

Though I am not sure if it is still recognized, there is potential for intelligent non-aligned deamons to exist fully independent of the Chaos Gods. Even to the strength of a greater deamon, the Emperors’ elevation to that level showing it can be done even with ‘mortal’ beings.

I don't think Emperor elevation only strictly to the level of greater daemons, even Sanguinius at his prime during were struggling against a single greater daemon while Sanguinor able to easily defeated and banished the same greater daemon thousands of years later Though it's clear that Emperor's powerlevel to do more feats within Warhammer 40K settings scales a lot with how he's in attunement with The Warp, usually stuffs like Great Rift that done by Abaddon can enables him to do even more ascensions of mortals to be Imperial Daemons or even doing stuffs like resurrecting Guilliman, considering to redeem traitor Primarchs like Mortarion, burning Nurgle's garden and other stuffs which makes me wonder if Abaddon was secretly one of failsafe plants by Emperor among Chaos and Xenos factions for long term plans that even surpass Tzeentch's pointless speculations

Thzeench was at the time at the peak of power actually. And the Demon king fought All Time Peak Thzeench for millions of years. At the time if Yssarile wanted so he most likely would have been able to kill Khorne or Nurgle, thats how ridiculously OP was Thzeench and Yssarile. In the later times, after the death of The Demon King, Thzeench gave up a most of his power for a long play, thats why he is on par with the others atm.
