+Steven Higgins To be fair, it's a limited colour palette, and back when the Gamecube game was coming out, it wasn't so obvious. Now there's the Hyrule Warriors DLC, and pretty much everyone knows now that it's been a few years ... kind of like Shiek/Zelda, Tetra/Zelda all over again. Kind of glad I was around back when it was a surprise.

Out of all the Zelda gimmicks, Wolf Link is my favorite. Not only it makes sense since the game has the darkest tone in Zelda history, it also helps in terms of gameplay. He's moves faster than Normal Link(Not as fast as Epona), he attacks faster, he can dig for secrets, & he can sense something that Normal Link couldn't do. The writers do a awesome job at the characters of the game. With Midna, she's the best traveling partner of Link in a Zelda series. It's not just her personality that more interesting than any traveling partner, but also gameplay as well since she's the only one who can help Wolf Link with her powers & helpful at warping to any explored areas. Best of all, unlike any other partners of Link, she don't hold your hands too much since she remains shut throughout the gameplay. No interruption unlike Navi, Tatl, or even Fii. That helps keep the pacing which is why Twilight Princess has the best pacing ever in a 3D Zelda game(Except for the beginning part which had a really slow start). With Zant, he does a great job as Ganondorf's right-hand man since he acts as a main threat to Link's quest while Ganondorf was working behind the scenes. When we see Zant the first time, he acts like a cold-hearted tyrant who succeed in taking over Hyrule thus causing most of the land to be corrupted. He's shown to be powerful since he's beaten Lanayru in one hit with one blast & causing Link to have so much trouble against the Usurper King the first time he's encounter him. He's also cunning since he prevented Link & Midna from getting into the Twilight Realm by breaking the Mirror of Twilight. But as soon as we get all the Mirror pieces & going inside the Palace of Twilight's throne room, he starts to show his true personality. It turns out to be a crazy criminal who desires to rule the realm. But since we ruin his plans, he lost control of his sanity in which we get one of the best boss battles in Zelda history. After that battle, he gets the punishment he deserved from Midna since she got her Fused Shadow back. With Telma, she do a good job as a supporting character since she play a key role in helping Link saving Hyrule. She took care of the amnesic Ilia & the injured Prince Ralis, she work with Link together to get Ilia & Ralis to Kakariko Village just to have them healed, she's the leader of the Resistance which helps Link get the Mirror Pieces, & gives the Invoice to Link just to show to Dr. Borville, which will ultimately help Ilia recover her memory. That's the characters I can take in a 3D Zelda game compared to any other 3D Zelda games.

Midna is still one of the best, most complex characters ever in a Zelda game. It’s fun to see her grow and change as she works alongside Link, and that ending is one of gaming’s great tear-jerkers! BOTW was great, but I hope to see more focus on great characters like Midna in future games.

I personally think Twilight Princess Story was one of the best in the series! It holds up even till this day and i think it second place story wise in the series.First is Ocarina of Time. Now i get to experience this fantastic Zelda adventure in HD. :)

I remember playing this game in the Wii. I did doubted Midna a little but started liking her little by little. I did got shocked at the end. Telma I found her weird but I was like "well she is acting like an adult trying to be nice to a grown teen boy for the first time." I liked this game but I was a little scared in Twilight Castle when getting those glowing balls, the hand plays a scary sound when it's about fall on you. Also Zant's character was not what I expected at the end. He's like all cool and evil but then he's a creepy maniac, he gave me some nightmares. lol

+Jennifer Smith Some of these KZbin stars make their living off of KZbin. KZbin *IS* their job. Without KZbin, they have no money. Without money, they don't have a roof over their heads, food, etc. I don't think you know how much effort they put into their videos. Editing, recording, etc. takes a LOT of time and hard work, on top of uploading to KZbin. That's essentially their day. They spend literal *HOURS* recording, editing, and uploading. They worked hard to get to where they are and the money they get. A lot of their viewers actually buy whatever game that they play on top of it. It's essentially free publicity for game companies like Nintendo.

i like the dreamy/murky feeling of twilight princess. wonder what sort of other-realm or dark world might be in zelda u. something really creepy would be a cool contrast to the beauty of hyrule. also i hope nintendo retains the original names of all the characters in zelda u, for the sake of faithfulness to the creators. i guess it's not a huge deal, but it was kind of lame how everyone's name (besides ghirahim and fi) in skyward sword was localized the way they rename pokemon. or like how all the bosses were renamed to sound vaguely mediterranean instead of vaguely vedic, despite SS's asian-inspired dungeons. idk why i'm ranting here. zelda just has a specific, understated charm and i'm a little sour that pun-crazy localizers force their tastes where it isn't really needed. as a kid, it was neat how all the names in link's awakening and ocarina were strange and unique, you had to come up with your own pronunciations because they didn't resemble any english words.
