If we are talking about anime, Tsubasa with Earth Eagle is stronger than Hadys Crown owner, specially Tsubasa in the third session, he had a solid attempt to bit Ryuga in the tower, and Hadys Crown owner was easy destroyed by Masanune, who is obviously not even close to Ryuga buy the power... Btw,bet my money on legendary bladers, I'm not sure, but obviously, most members of this team with 4D wheels, so they have to win, I think.
