Putting a standard torso on Hagrid’s neck would work as a way to add Hagrid to the stack. Not sure if you’re already using one under the top garmadon, but if so it looks like you could stick Maggie between the garmadons instead, and then stick the bottom garmadon on top of the standard torso which now serves as Hagrid’s neck.
