I believe God want to spoke to me with this movie. I met this Christian guy online last November, we talked a lot, we laugh a lot, we prayed together, he cares for me, and even planned to see me coz were miles away. I sought the Lord with all this, I'm scared and have doubts about this guy, but I still fought this feeling, I still try and try even when my family don't agree with him, then last week I made a decision to end the relationship we had coz God's conviction is so strong, I love him, I know I did, but I still chose to obey. It was too painful, it hurts even up till now, am still crying, coz it feels so good, it feels so true, but it's not about what I feel its about His will coz if its not His will, then I'm gonna be the one to suffer the consequences of my choice. Right now, I'm still trusting my God with whatever His plan for me, it's not easy to be in the place of waiting, I've been waiting all my life for my Boaz, but right now am gonna enjoy this season serving my God, my First love ❤

Great film. I had my "table" shifted quite a number of times. In the end I was content because if God didn't allow it I was happy to be in His will. At the age of 40 God gave me my soul mate. She was 40 too, both never married before. He does all things well if we wait for His perfect timing.

Been waiting to get married for decades. I am now 45. A year ago I was drawn to a guy who I thought could be the one... A couple of months later he got married to someone else. I was disappointed but not broken. The holy spirit comforted. Now I am joyfully waiting, knowing that he makes all things beautiful in his time...🙏

I also learned that if the man God has for you is truly a man of God, then God will speak to him about you. I love how in the second letter, he considered that it was a tricky request of him, knowing that it's a stage and the set can change anytime and he realised that at the end, which is comforting for Andy. This story has a lot of hope. I believe if God started something then He will complete it, but He will do it in His timing and make everything beautiful.

(55)As for those who disbelieve, I will sternly punish them in this world and in the Everlasting Life, there shall be none to help them. (56)As for those who believe and do good works, He will pay them their wages in full. Allah does not love the harmdoers. (57)This, We recite to you of the verses and the Wise Remembrance. (58)Truly, the likeness of (Prophet) Jesus with Allah, is as the likeness of Adam, He created him from dust then He said to him "Be" and he was. (59)The truth is from your Lord, therefore, do not be among the doubters. (60)Those who dispute with you concerning him after the knowledge has come to you, say: 'Come, let us gather our sons and your sons, our womenfolk and your womenfolk, ourselves and yourselves. Then let us humbly pray, so lay the curse of Allah upon the ones who lie. ' (61)This is indeed the truthful narration. There is no god except Allah. It is Allah who is the Almighty, the Wise. (62)If they turn away, Allah knows the evildoers. (63)Say: 'People of the Book, let us come to a common word between us and you that we will worship none except Allah, that we will associate none with Him, and that none of us take others for lords besides Allah. ' If they turn away, say: 'Bear witness that we are Muslims. ' (64)

@@khaledshawky5503 no. Jesus Christ came before your prophet Mohammad who created for you your Islamic beliefs. Your prophet did not believe that Christ was the Son of God. Repent and believe in the TRUE gospel. Ask God to show you who He is! He is already visiting some of your Muslim brothers and sisters, showing them He is the way. Don’t harden your heart against Christ.

The Gospel is distorted , There is a lot of Different Gospels , Why does God not have more than one son, why does Jesus have no brothers, wife or son? If Jesus is the son of God, why did he not quarrel with his father over kingship and divinity? Why does Jesus not have a son and be like his father has a son and God has a grandson? God was not begotten, nor was He begotten, nor was He equal to anyone, He has no partner or equal, and He does not need to kill His Son, as you claim, to atone for the sin of mankind. God does what He wills, and all creation is His servants. The Qur’an says that Mary is the best of the women of the worlds, why did it not say that Khadija, the wife of the Prophet Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, is the best of the women of the worlds, or Fatimah, the daughter of the Prophet Muhammad, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, because this Qur’an is the word of God Almighty and He Himself said that Jesus is His servant and His Messenger not god Why did the Qur’an mention Jesus 33 times and Muhammad, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him only 4 times, is all this for you a coincidence, you insult the Prophet Jesus when you say the son of God, Jesus will absolve you on the Day of Resurrection believe me The Qur’an says that Jesus was raised to heaven and did not die on the cross as you claim, and he will descend at the end of time and kill the Antichrist and rule the earth for seven years and then die. Why does the Qur’an mention that Jesus will descend at the end of time, because this is the word of God and not the words of Muhammad, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him

I was once heartbroken because I had a missed opportunity with someone I thought was the love of my life. Looking back I can now see that God had orchestrated things that way, to save me from going in a direction which would have taken me further away from Him.... So now I'm grateful for that missed opportunity because I'd rather have Jesus than ANYTHING

Wonderful film, and it spoke to me on a very personal level. I prayed for my wife to come for nearly twenty years, and it was hard, but it gave me many blessings, such as patience, and the time to grow into the man that I needed to be to be her husband. It is now nearly 14 years later, and I have no regrets whatsoever. I am eternally thankful to God for bringing to me an amazing wife. Praise the Lord!

I met Christvin High school, gave my life to him. I am still serving Him, turning 40 this year. I have always desired his will concerning my life partner. A couple of relation ships have not work, but I'm always alone anyway. My heart has been disappointed concerning my life partner. So this time I'm alone and trying to be content with that. I m greatful with other blessings in my life, He knows best. I'm focusing on my career and studies, i will buy me a house and adopt me Children, and that will be my family. If it is God's will for me to be a wife and a biological Mom also, then all the Glory be to God. But I know is too faithful to fail me. Thanks for this movie. One day the table qill be in the stage,just for me, and the lamp will be at the right side of the table for me too. I will yet trust in Him.

Unexpected ending. I thought she would've met him. What I take away from this movie is that when God does not give us what we want, it is not because He doesn't love us but it was not His will and plan for us. Since we know He loves us, we will never feel shortchanged because He promises that no good thing will He withhold from them that love and trust Him. May He give us the strength to accept His will even when the answer is no. May we hold onto faith that He has better planned for us even when we are sure that what we see is the better.

Very lovely performance by everyone & so refreshing! I quit watching movies at least 15 yrs ago with exception of Very few Christian movies. 5 tops. I can’t even watch a trailer for a secular movie. But it’s the Theme that moved me tonight putting Trust in GOD & waiting for His timing & outcome! I’m practicing this more & more & He is Faithful & I’m getting a deeper trust that feels like He’s preparing me for trials ahead. We don’t want to wait for the fiery trials to prepare for them is what I keep hearing. ARMOR UP SAINTS & we must exercise our Patience Muscles & Stay on our knees! About 10-15 minutes in, I was so close to giving up on this movie because I didn't want to watch something solely filmed inside the same location. So glad I didn't give up. My theory as to who sent the letter was totally wrong haha. But man, this movie really ministered to me, especially the season that I'm in now. We can want something so much, but have to surrender it all to God and His will, His timing. Never knew this was a series either!

Amen I can relate to this movie a lot. It may not be exactly in the context of marriage but waiting on God in general. Obeying the Lord’s will even in the process of waiting on Him can be one of the challenging thing to do. And also it can be very hard to accept God’s will when you thought that what you had in mind was better and not knowing that His ways are higher than our ways and His thoughts than our thoughts. My prayer today is that God will grant me and the rest of His children the ability to be patient and accept His will even if that means laying down ours. Thank You Lord Jesus🙏

Although it seems like the movie ended on an abrupt note. Like in the movie, in real life if God intended two people to walk together. He is more than able to arrange that. It happened to me. I told God as a new believer that if that certain young woman was for me to marry then He would bring her into my life. I told Him that i wasn't going to pursue her as people do without Christ. He did just the same in His unique way & we fell in love. The rest is history. But that's just the beginning of a beautiful friendship & partnership. With tests & trials to refine our love & faith. Of course there's more to life than two meeting together & marrying. It's eternity that awaits the duo & all of us. And God wants us to experience Him on earth as it is in heaven. Because to know Him is eternal LIFE. Amen. So let's engage Him by spending time with Him & seeking Him with all our hearts.

I really enjoyed watching this movie! The suspense kept me watching, even when I didn't understand why they kept on saying, "Today is the day", without explaining it at the beginning. I also liked how they used the 'mini plays' to remind us the Bible teachings.

A movie just in due season. All the perfect convinctions I ever need are embedded in the movie. The greatest take away for me was that Scriptural verse "Though He were a son, yet learned He obedience by things He suffered" God bless the script writer and actors.

Don't ask God to guide your footsteps if you're not willing to move your feet! I thought about this movie after I saw it and what was clear to me, was that she created an obstacle in her mind. It would have been easy to just meet the man. She created more drama and kept herself in a "victim" mode and was sad about it. God gives us free will and doesn't expect us to be martyrs of our own choosing. It would have been easy to keep the desk on stage, as here friends confirmed that for her. He sounded like a lovely, God-fearing man. She chose to not meet him and then be sad about it at the end. Sometimes we develop a vision of how we think things should be, and we miss God's gifts that He puts right in front of us - packaged differently than we want, but a gift from Him!

I agree. I was thinking to myself that God will most definitely not use the presence or absence of a lamp to make his will be done. God gives us choice and as you stated she chose not to meet. I agree she definitely amped up the situation far greater than it needed to be. But at the same time I feel like the admirer should have left a card or number and communicated better to her instead of relying on a lamp. Its the man that finds a wife which leads me to believe that I think he liked writing letters and she liked receiving them. Not actually there being a real relationship. Please don't ever give up on your dreams. God said in His Word that "No good thing will He withhold from those who walk up rightly and He said marriage is Good. I pray on this prayer network and have heard testimonies of ladies in their 40s, 50s get married. Recently a lady got married at 64. All of them never gave up. Except God appears to you and you know its God, then dont give up and He will fulfill His Word that He puts the solitary in families.

May God forgive me for the times i tried to manipulate the situations by shifting the "table" back to its position. I have learnt to obey His will no matter the situation or the scenes which necessitate the table not to be on stage. The directions to heaven, not right not left but straight and focused
