This one another banger . The things I'm noticing about leveling up for me its not the process that's hard or the work you have to put in . The hardest and saddest thing is detaching yourself from the old you and the people who are associated with the old you . There is an emotional attachment that is hard to break and this detachment involves family too. But when you see the decision is best for you and the people around you you will be happy you did it. You can help others by simply helping yourself

yoooo what holds your attention creates your world. I teach this to people- there are BAZILLION things you aren't aware of or paying attention to in any moment. An example to get people to develop consciousness of their relationship with food is think of an egg roll in China. You would've never imagined it. But when you think about it and it has your attention, it exists. in your world. Then, it simply exists in your world, completely neutral... but HOW you are paying attention to it is part of your world as well. If you're like "why am I thinking about this stupid, random egg roll" that is how you are holding your attention- with annoyance towards things like thought experiments or random youtube comments. Or if you label it as a "bad" food. Food doesn't have morality; it just exists according to how you pay attention to it- how you, your mind, and your body interact with it. But you could equally think of this egg roll as an insight into how you weren't thinking before. Or you can just keep scrollin! What holds your attention creates your world. Potent lesson.
