Liam should really have max trust and opinion by default. Some friend he is! I think that's fixed in experimental.

Its not Trust. Its Fear. NPC when they see hordes of zombie makes them afraid and panic. One way to improve that is having NPC get skilled in combat or make them see you kill dangerous enemies. I have a video where my NPC friend is afraid of fighting a group of ferals and zombies and they panicked but they are not afraid fighting a zombie brute. NPC has four stats: Trust Fear Values Anger Trust makes the NPC accepts drugs from you without hesitation Fear makes the NPC either afraid of you or be brave enough to fight alongside with you. Values makes the NPC like you and its helpful in trading. Anger makes the NPC listen to your orders and it pairs together with Values.
