Thank you so much for playing my game!

Yeah, I really like the tables. I may not actually play this game but I'll for sure be using the tables as prompts. I do like the idea of an infinite library as the setting. I played Skyrim and there was this Daedric Prince, a sort of cosmic horror/demon lord, called Hermaeus Mora: The Prince of Knowledge. His realm is one of labyrinthian corridors made of stacks of books.

Congratulations on getting in the acknowledgements! I’m amazed that the acknowledgements didn’t include Jorge Luis Borges, who wrote the short story The Library of Babel, about people living in an infinite library.

Ah… great literary reference that I should have remembered myself! Thanks for mentioning it.

I can answer that one: I didn't learn of The Library of Babel until after I wrote the game! I've read it now and it would have absolutely been listed as a touchstone. :D

Mea Culpa for abusing the comments section but your Solo Game Master's Guide is excellent. Concise without being dry, it is useful to anyone like myself who has struggled with the solo RPG world. I have looked at several "how to's" like this and yours is the reference I will use from now on. Well done! (and thanks)

11:50 for the familiar, it actually isn’t the gnosiophage that is a choice, its the Tumblefluff that’s an option (at the bottom of that section of the pamphlet

I love how you have a book to fill in any holes in the games you play. I'm always amazed at what you pull out :)

Runes on the inside of the eggshells which you break to scramble for a quick meal; or you boil them to keep them from spoiling and the runes appear? >g< This was fun, especially the how to deal with the space challenge part that most of us face. Thanks for sharing this adventure with us!

How about you eat an egg from the hidden room, and then you are enabled to read the messages on the tapestries in the "underwater" room (which is not actually filled with fluid, the paintings are murals of underwater scenes, so realistic they make you feel like you're actually underwater).

Classic. I'll make room for this reading.

Thank you for that insperational video. But there is one mistake, you didn't played the complication on that last face card, you have rolled darkness.
@GeekGamers0110 ай бұрын
A h bummer. A complication would have been just what I wanted for a video! Glad you enjoyed it anyway.

could runes on a meal have been on dinnerware or on an animal about to be slaughtered to eat or in a cookbook?

Hello. Could you tell me if that card deck is available at amazon? I cant find any good fantasy carddeck.
@dragonshadow19023 ай бұрын
Search for: "alchemy 1977 england playing card deck" it is an old deck so it may be tough finding a new box of them.

She actually pronounces it much closer to the actual way we do, so as a Greek I appreciate it!
