This is absolutely BRILLIANT! What did you use to drape, pattern tissue or fabric?

I use raw cotton fabric for draping. The reason is that there are many variations in thickness and hardness. And it's cheap. And this fabric is easy to make a paper pattern after draping. You can find out more about the tools I use in the video on my website. www.spur-dresform.com

Of course there are techniques for drafting this draping in a flat surface. Drafting is a 19th century discovery for mass production. Draping has a history of several hundred years. Understanding draping is a shortcut to a proper understanding of drafting.
