A very informative book was written on Dr. Shyma Prasad Mukherjee by Mr. Biresh Chandra Majumdar ( nephew of Dr. Ramesh Chandra Majumdar) - in Bengali. The book is currently out of print but the last copy is with me. I would like (someone from BJP govt.) would take the initiative and have this book translated in English so that all Indians can read and know about this incredible and amazing person that he was.

When he was arrested in 1953 , He turned back and asked late Atal Bihari Ji " Atal go back and tell the world what I am going through". Dr Mukherjee was arrested on the same day and imprisoned at the behest of Nehru and Sheikh Abdullah. It is shameful that Nehru turned down the request of fair investigation of his death by his mother. 66 years later when his disciples Shri Modi Ji and Shri Amit Shah Ji has abrogated the article 370 and 35A he would have told the world his iconic last word " Go back and tell the world Narendra Modi has abolished the article 370. History has strange way of teaching. History of Nehru and gang is being taught right from Kindergarten to college but I am yet to meet a true admirer of Nehru but there are 1000s of people like me who are true fan and believer of what Dr Mukherjee stood for " Ek desh me do vidhan do nishan do pradhan nahi chalega nahi chalega" Finally his soul must be smiling wherever he is. Thank you Bengal for producing such a gem who could forsee the danger posed by article 370 . Jai Hind
