Her longevity and continued success is really incredible. Her music cannot truly be labeled which I believe makes it more timeless. Soul, jazz, electronica, rock, latin; it's all in there and it doesn't sound forced or inauthentic. I hope she drops the new record this year but wouldn't be surprised if it doesn't happen until next year. It's been said the pandemic put the brakes on the release. Understandably so since it was practically impossible to tour in 20 and 21. Been a true, blue fan since 84 and saw her live in 93.

I saw Sade live in concert and I can tell you all ... I was starstruck as fuck 🤩 ... and that happened only 3 or 4 times in my concert life. Ms. Adu has an aura that is incredible. Also, the show was an absolute treat visually and musically. The band was too good to just be in the background. I hope for a new album/tour very soon. I know they only come out when they want to, but 13 years is a hell of a long time.
