8:59 was really such a gem for me, often at times I find myself afraid of making the wrong choices - what if I end up choosing a career I really don't like and look back regretting all the time I've wasted? But I realise that life isn't about choosing perfect choices, and most of the time the past decisions that we've made help us to arrive at the decisions that we make today. One thing an awesome course can do is give access to an exclusive community (i.e. FB) and even have office hours with the course creator. Pat Flynn is one of the best at this. There's also niche influencers like the bestselling author Jerry Jenkins who recently began coaching and offering courses. I've invested a couple hundred dollars in his course and it's basically months worth of curated, focused material and then some, plus what's essentially a mastermind program. Well worth the money. Just like any product or service, the intention and actual substance of the offering is what counts. Courses are no different.
