Carrie I really think you would benefit from counting macros! It would be more beneficial than weight watchers and easier to understand then the keto diet. A normal person doesn’t need to know about ketosis. It’s a low carb diet regardless of the name

This drive thru person is working to support themselves or their family. Dont be selfish and just do it.

Where did you go to medical school? Your logic is the reason we are in such a mess. It is common courtesy to protect those around you especially essential workers like the lady at the drive thru. Carrie is out working and around a lot of people and is much more exposed to covid.
