The meal Nadia prepared looks delicious. Preparing a chicken flat like that is called spatchcocking. I have cooked chicken that way on a grill, but have never fried one. I have a question, what are the round red things Nadia put in the rice dish? I have never used cinnamon sticks in rice. That is interesting. Ukraine is a beautiful country. Because of the printing ink, it is not very good to dry the washed rice on newspaper. Other than that I like it.
