Both Jac Schaeffer and Kathryn Hahn confirmed that Agatha was not in control when she drained Alice. (At that point, I'm not sure she would have done that in front of Billy.) She was blasted while possessed and had been without power since Wanda drained her, so _starving_. With Billy, she didn't want to drain him, plus he has so much power that she could get to "full" without doing so.

Love how when Billy asks Agatha to take him to the witches Road, she looks genuinely horrified and takes a step back. Probably because she knows it’s a lie, _and_ because her first thought was undoubtedly about Nicky. And when she decides to play along after gathering herself, she honestly tells him “it’ll kill you” because the point of gathering witches to sing the ballad was for Agatha to kill them herself.

Maybe bcz she is death so she cant kill but will only bring the dead to afterlife

Might be taking from other witch stories that a witch is not allowed to kill another witch, it's forbidden, seen that in many shows and there's usually serious consequences.

Why did you cut out Agatha and Rio kissing? It was so essential to the whole amazing dying scene. It was the literal kiss of death and so important in the entire series. So disappointing in an otherwise amazing edit!

If you're calling this a complete story you should probably add from film only, cause this is not all there is to Agatha. The comic history of Agatha is much much larger.

Nicolas would have been stillborn, but because Rio/death loves Agatha she let her keep him for as long as she kills witches. Agatha was only stretching the time she had with Nicolas, Rio will in the end always get who belong to her.

Rio didn't kill Nicky. Also, I doubt that Agatha's first thought after seeing her locket after getting her memories back was about scamming.

No, Agatha took the Kiss of Death, because you can't fight death. Billy said "take me" which fulfilled the deal where he had to give himself up, and Agatha will not be pursued by Death. The calculated risk was to die, but not be taken by Death.

Jac Schaeffer confirmed it was a man. The backstory was deemed unimportant, so they left it out. Rio is not the Father. There’s nothing supernatural about Nicky’s conception. Agatha _literally_ monologues about how he’s the product of nature. Nothing magical.
