My Wife surprised me with tickets to see him at the Big-E arena in New England a couple years ago and he and Steve Stevens were awesome! He had it filled too! Over 5,000 people showed up to see him and i was surprised he's still that popular. Stevens had a guitar solo that had some Zeppelin tunes incorporated into it. Really good stuff.

Billy Idol was briefly in a band with Siouxsie Sioux ,before they were called the Banshees 1976,,then in a band called Chelsea as Guitarist,,he left the band with bass player Tony James and Formed Generation x…I saw Generation X twice in the late 70s….so Generation x was not his first band.
