The Light From Mars

This is an updated video based on new research and information about this light. My previous video was mislabeled as an FL8, a designation never used by Mars for this light. The "Light From Mars" was the most popular used light from 1934 when it was introduced to 1948 when the Federal Model 17, the first 360-degree rotating light became available.

The fire truck shown here has a CAM siren. Seattle FD used CAMs on some of their rigs. Those were very effective!

Back in 70"s where I live they were on all of the fire engines in the city that I live.
