A mysterious light shines atop Star World…
Mario sets out with Toadette to investigate... and very quickly finds trouble.
Our heroes must fight their way through to the top of the center mountain… But more than mere Koopas stand in their way…

Dude a six minute video?!?!? That’s insanely cool. This one is like the most paper Mario yet! It actually feels like a scene straight from a new game. That’s how spot on it is. This must have required an insane amount of effort and I respect that! Keep on keeping on. Also I thought of Metal Mario as the main villain of a new Mario game for my own fan fiction so it’s cool we had the same thinking in regards to that.

0:50 Goombella's Tattle: That's a Super Koopa. It's basically a Koopa Troopa with a cape, and can fly, and can use its powers. Max HP is 8, Attack is 3, and Defense is 2. Like all flying enemies, your hammer is pretty much useless. So jump on it to get it down, but do it fast, or it'll get back up again!

Man it was like a mash up of multiple mario games in the paper mario style that was so cool the galaxy bits were a cool addition I wondered what a paper mario galaxy would be like and the style of super paper mario would be cool specially useing the spin attack. And let's not forget the detail that went into this omg everything looked so cool the astectic was spot on even loved the little hidden Luigi classic nintendo move putting that in made it more real but ya steller job!!!

I have an idea for a new short! But in this one some Pokemon appear. Short name: The Strongest Starter! | Paper Mario Stop-Motion Plot: Mario sets out with Toadette and Pikachu for a walk, then they saw Rowlet the small round owl Pokemon and Litten the fire cat Pokemon being attacked by a Chain Chomp pile! “Is there someone honorable enough to save Rowlet and Litten from Chain Chomps?!” shouts Toadette. Then she continues with Mario and Pikachu her walk. Popplio the small blue sea lion Pokemon (off-screen) shouts: “There is!!!” getting Toadette's attention. Toadette looks out to see what is going on (Toadette is seen holding her hand near her forehead. But this time instead of showing her back at the camera, she will be showing her front.) and says: "OMG! Hey Mario and Pikachu, look at that!" so Mario and Pikachu looked out and saw Popplio who is tied up in a fishing net. Popplio starts using all his strong water abilities while pulling furiously! After 10 seconds, the camera zooms out and reveals that Popplio is pulling a blue mailbox, a shiny red car, a British telephone booth, a massive mixer truck, a towering transmission tower, a lush green tree, a Wailord-sized incomplete building, an Easter Island statue, and an Eternatus-sized ship at the same time while all the other starter Pokemon (including Jigglypuff and Turtwig!) are staring at Popplio! Suddenly the scene transposes into time-lapse photography, as night falls, day breaks and Toadette says that all this stuff that Popplio is pulling weighs the same as a blue whale. All the other starter Pokemon go home, Mario and Pikachu also go off with the starter Pokemon but Toadette brings them back. Months, seasons and even years pass (and every time fall transitions to winter, fireworks explode over Popplio and all this stuff he is pulling!) while Popplio still continues to drag all this stuff at a tortoise’s pace. Popplio then barrels into the fray at the speed of a cheetah, tossing all of the Chain Chomps into space off Rowlet and Litten with the force of a rocket blast. Toadette angrily says: "Those stupid Chain Chomps deserve it!" Popplio emerges from the fight unscathed - and bulging with muscles developed from his tremendously strenuous workout, even beating Arceus in strenght. “Lord Popplio, you’re ripped! Congratulations!” shouts an appreciative Toadette. Rowlet and Litten proudly applaud to Popplio while Mario and Toadette hug him. And the short ends. I like how the Super Troopas look =) Tho I'm curious and have been meaning to ask...what makes you decide on using the different text speech sfx? Like I notice some use the modern sound and others use the Super Paper Mario sound. Like Toadette was using the modern sound and then switched to the SPM sound when she transformed into Peachette. I just thought it was interesting.

This is great! But I think it may have too much "padding", no, that's not the best word, let me explain, characters are slow, they take a long time to react to stuff happening, also the audio quality for the sound effects could be improved, not sure if its because they were recorded with a microphone or what it is but idk they sound kinda weird. Also, the Peachette transformation was just amazing, like, words can't express how great it was!

Thanks for commenting. I do put the links to where I get some of the audio from. Different devices seem to experience my videos differently. As far as the character movements, not quite sure how to respond. I use what I have and give my best effort. I am a one-man team, no elaborate budget or equipment. I hope when I share my work that everyone who watches enjoys it.
