I loosen the word of 2 corinthians 4:4-6, 2 corinthians 6:14-18 In agreement with this whole message binding oneself to experience a light that is Christ will shine out in the darkness in my life, the lives of my family, friends, colleagues, neighbours, acquintances, opponents and the body of Christ while one is bound to the light of Christ in one's heart, loosening oneself to be blinded under the rule of satan in my life, the lives of my family, friends, colleagues, neighbours, acquintances, opponents and the body of Christ, loosening the light in the heart for myself, my family, friends, colleagues, neighbours, acquintances, opponents and the body of Christ, while I bind myself not being unequally yoked and have any common share with those who are blinded by satan and whose light in the heart is not shining, in the name and blood of Jesus Christ, amen and hallelujah!

I am an ELCA Lutheran from South Carolina. Today (February 11, The Transfiguration of Our Lord), 2 Corinthians 4:3-6 was our New Testament Lesson (or Epistle) of the Day. Corinth: the New York City and/or Las Vegas of the Bible. Agree or disagree? Feel free to reply. Now, we close the book on the Season of Epiphany and prepare for Lent which begins this Wednesday (February 14) with Ash Wednesday. Jesus' journey to the Cross will begin on that day. May we boldly follow him there and not cut and run and/or deny him as he makes his way there.

Very good breakdown this shows why context matters we need not to isolate scripture. I had read the verse by its self and wondered why God is blinding them and I realized God is not the one call "god of this world". Very good break down.

By design these capitals aren't inspired, but they are helpful to get an idea for historic interpretations. Though, again, I agree that it is satan and so does the historical interpretation based in the capitalization.
