The Lilac Fairy Book

In this video we take a look at The Lilac Fairy Book, edited by Andrew Lang, with illustrations by H. J. Ford, published in 1929. This book is a collection of fairy tales that was part of a larger series of books with titles such as The Green Fairy Book, The Yellow Fairy Book, etc. Although this book has experienced a bit of wear and tear over the years, its illustrations and stories are still beautiful and interesting today, nearly a century after its publication date.
