On the Band-Maid Prime webpage for subscribers, the Maid's released video footage of them practicing this same song. They were in casual clothes, and played the song casually, nonchalantly (including the solos) and very professionally. It's like each Maid were in their own space during the song, perfecting their notes. They then perform the song to a live audience with so much energy and showmanship you would think it was spontaneous. It isn't. Coaches of football teams say you practice a play so many times not necessarily to perform it perfectly, but that you can never mess it up. That's what these Maids do in their practices and dress rehearsals. They are the ultimate musical professionals. As far as favorite Band-Maid songs I have, there are simply too many to say that with. One of my favorite Band-Maid songs, especially during this holiday season, is "Wonderland". It is not a hard rock song by the group, but its almost jazzy feeling always makes me smile. It also highlights Saiki's vocal range.

It has to be the first song I heard from the Queens. "Freezer" was sent to me from a friend and ever since listening to that extraordinary song, I fell in love with the Maids. Freezer didn't have a MV or any visual clues to the band, so it was purely on sound, and that was enough, I wanted to know more, hear more and see more. The more I delved, the deeper into the pigeon hole I found myself and the more I fell in love with them.

The correct answer for favourite song with Band-Maid is always the one you're listening to now. They have face rippers like Hate?, Puzzle, Moratorium, Why why why, Shambles, and Toi et Moi. And they have songs that will make you cry like Endless Story (live), About Us and Memorable, and they have beautiful songs like Daydreaming, Forbidden Tale, Wonderland and Cross. And they have straight up hard rockers like After Life, Dice, Real Existence, Glory, Bubble, Don't You Tell Me. And everything in between. There's 52 videos on their official YT channel and some less official ripped video content over on the Instrumental Maid YT channel and they are all a terrific musical experience. ☺

Favourite? I might sound like a broken record, but it's hard to get past "Blooming" IMO. So good that it's hard to recreate live. So many tongue twisters for Saiki, timesignatures and a solo-vocal section that one reactor said was like being thrown of a cliff (solo) and caught by an angel. One of their powerballads "Daydreaming" is very good too...

"Daydreaming" holds the number 1 spot for me. A rock ballad masterpiece and Kanami's favorite song to play. Watch it and you'll see why. Then it used to be "Blooming". Another masterpiece...Kanami's "homework" assignment to the other Maids. They were all to come up with part of this song. Kanami then worked her magic and stitched it all together. Genius at work.... But, "Blooming" has recently been moved to the 3rd spot. From their brand new album, "Epic Narratives", "The One" has just edged out "Blooming" for my #2 position. And "Blooming" was almost pushed back to #4 with "Forbidden Tale" making another big splash from the "Epic Narratives" album. It used to be 50+ fighting for #3, now it's 50+ fighting for #5.🤣🤣🤣 Like others have mentioned...there is no right or wrong answer for this one. PO!🕊 🤘😆🤘

Great Lion... Favorite song? Well... no... impossible. Try this band's acoustic songs and get ready: Anemone, Smile, Puzzle, Catharsis, etc., etc., etc. The last song that really hit me, few days ago, is 'Honkai' live at Spin Off. These types of songs are considered a B song of theirs and are simply spectacular with an intro, out of this world. It's a devastating demolition (in a good way). Incredible is a very weak adjective. You, literally, don't know where are the highlights during the performance, or who really leads the song but I know that my surprise with 'Honkai' will last until the next song they release. Remember, ' Honkai ' / Spin Off... The intro is led by Akane (drums) with Misa (bass) until they weaken, ' faint ' the sound for a second or two and the global nonsense begins. Pay attention to the riff and the vocals of saiki and Miku

Favorite: Sayonakidori. You’ll do it eventually as a lot of people love it even though it might not win the most votes here. When you eventually do Sayonakidori remember to do the electric live version, which is on, I believe, the “Instrumental Maid” YT channel and then the acoustic version on Band Maids official channel. This song is one of the handful where Miku sings lead and Saiki takes a break. I love Saiki, but this song just really hits home for me!

Fav song is "Puzzle," but you have to do two live versions, one electric and one acoustic. It's so worth seeing how different they are while also seeing how good they both are!
