The Liquid Devil Build!

I really loved the visuals of the case too, but even when sold with the pump and distro-plate, it'll be a cold day in hell before I'm paying $500+ for it. I'll _make_ my own case without needing to put that much $$ put into it.

@@RAW_Reality before buying a new case take a look at Bitspowers store as they have distro plates. They have one for the phanteks Evolv X which has the same interior chassis as the P600S so it fits. Sure it can cost 100+ - (depends on your home currency) but hey some are big enough that you save on a resevoir AND some include a pump. Usually a DDC with Bitspower I think.

@@RAW_Reality the case is only $340, which is a bargain if you think about it because you get both the pump and reservoir, plus the case itself, getting everything separate would cost 100s of dollars more, especially since it is a distro plate

@@hunterjohnston8 At the time I wrote the first comment, it was closer to $540 than $340... I checked it even before making the comment. But at $340, I could see it being of a more reasonable value. For context, I _am_ making my own case, and the materials will run me ~$90 for the case, so the remaining $250 sounds about right for all the other components, give or take...

For anyone looking for the fittings, they're as follows: 3 x EK-AF 20mm Extender (2 for top rad / 1 for distro plate) 5 x EK-AF Angled 90° (2 for GPU block / 2 for top rad / 1 for distro plate) 14 x EK-AF HDC (used throughout) 4 x EK-AF 2x45° (distro plate) 2 x EK-AF 45° (1 for GPU / 1 for bottom rad) If you have any questions, let me know. I've just used these fittings for this case and it's fitting perfectly :)

Hopefully we'll get them before the end of the year! The only thing that concerns me at the moment with this build, is that the bottom radiator used in this video and my build (Coolstream 360 PE) prevents you from attaching a fitting to the drain port. I think I might have to flip my PC upside down and use the fill port as a drain port 😬

This is a freakin' gorgeous Chasis and build GGF. I love how the top radiator is mounted to the side like that, its very unique. And man you nailed it with that shade of blue with those frosted hard tubing & that coolant. And I think when you have your 24pin & PCI-E 8pin sleeved cables aligned straight and neat like that, really adds so much & finishes off the build. You guys always create some sick builds, but as to this date this is going to be my favorite one. GG's GGF! Keep up the awesome content!

Some personal approaches that I would have done differently. The top 2 tubes, would rotate the fittings outwards so the tubes are running across the top and bottom of the fans. The bottom GPU tube I would again angle the tube at the rad outwards to run along the edge of the fan instead of the middle of the fan, that will also bring it in front and hide the GPU cable a bit instead of vise versa. The top GPU tube I would S bend it at the distribution block to bring it out directly on top of the bottom tube that is now along the edge of the fan. Still a cool looking PC though!

Damn...that's a VERY nice build. I'm running the Liquid Devil as well. I'm using the same NVMe drive also, but using a 3700X for the processor. I went with the non-RGB version of the Velocity CPU block, and looking at the RGB version in this build...I feel that I MAY have made a mistake. lol Edit: I forgot to mention, that tubing...looks absolutely amazing!

Here's a quick tip for you guys out there: Don't but QLC Gen 4 NVMe SSDs, at least not in the near future. The performance gain over a good TLC Gen 3 NVMe SSD is just not worth it over the longevity difference between TLC and QLC. I just bought a Sabrent Q-Rocket 1 Tb Gen 3 TLC NVMe SSD and it's speeds are pretty much maxing out what a gen 3 can manage (3000 or something like that read and around that for write too, I think, don't remember so well). And in terms of price, it's even a bit cheaper, at around $20-30 less than a non discounted gen 4 QLC NVMe SSD!

@@studog858585 Yep, it's garbage hardware. Ryzen trash CPU when he could have went with a REAL Cpu like Intel 9900k, AMD garbage GPU and the board is garbage too. The noname random PSU which was only used because it's watercooled is garbe aswell, there are more than enough decent PSU manufacturers.

I wish this showed how the psu was connected. It doesn't look like it is in the water loop. It is also a shame the gpu wasn't mounted vertically. With a thinner rad on the bottom maybe there's more space to do that?

This is the perfect plumbing route.., liquid goes to radiators before it cools gpu and then passes another radiator before it goes to cpu block.
