Logan, if you ever do a PA tarot meetup lmk! I am down to attend and talk everything birds, plants, tarot!! The Red-shouldered Hawk is indeed quite common in this region; we have one that frequently lurks around our meadow. I think it is quite interesting that Shanna Dee utilized the older (and sometimes still common in Europe) names such as 'buzzards' of these birds as designated by Audubon - makes it feel very vintage.
