Thanks, and great presentation being very helpful and clean and straight to the point. Cannot think it could be any better than this. No un-necessary fancy jargons and you have made it very easy for a buyer to decide than the description presentation on the manufacturer website, and thank for your hard work put behind this, Cheers

Bought one based on this video, nicely built case especially compared to my old sugo 13. Good gaming temps with 7600x (thermlright axp 90 47) + asus dual rtx4070 air cooled with 1x rear exhaust only. Recommend

The Dual RTX actually fit? Asus says 51,3mm height for that card. Manual says 50mm max height for graphics card (and I purchased the Gigabyte RTX 4070 Ti which is exactly 50mm according to the website... should fit but I'm a bit worried, cannot test yet, case is still on its way).

@@meikniessing2398 I put a RX 6600xt red devil in it which if I remember correctly is 52mm.

@@meikniessing2398 Depends on which card, the base model should fit no problem, the others won’t due to length. Thickness won’t be a problem, there are a few mm spare with my asus dual 4070, installation was easy.
@meikniessing2398 Жыл бұрын
@@goodfodder; @HardwareForGamers thanks for your answers! I am actually less worried now. Length should be good, I am 1.something cm below the max they said and if 50 mm still leaves wiggle room I should be good :-) Card would fit in perfectly and snuggily then 😀 I will only see next week, though, the case still hasn't shipped and I received an update it'll acutally take a week longer than anticipated 😕 Thanks again, folks!

I prefer to select my own fans. Use a SFX (not SFX-L) power supply and two 120mm fans for proper cooling. There is 112mm cooler height available without any blocking from the power supply. Use a Noctua D9L cooler or similar at 110mm height for good performance.

Yeah, I had a thing about people likely wanting to use a certain type of fan, but I cut it in editing because it seemed that I was rambling... But I understand what you're saying.

I have this case. The quality is good. Some of their options, however, verge on mental incompetence. No, not really,, if you are downsizing from a large case and have a full size non-modular PSU that you absolutely must use,,, you can. But it can kill your airflow and force the use of small CPU coolers... and force you to use an 80mm fan instead of a 120mm fan for air intake. (And liters of cable salad?) Not good. If you must absolutely use a 3,5 inch hard drive from the old case... you can. But you lose the air intake fan. Not good. But not my problem. When I get to it I will probably add a 140mm fan at the front... I have a Dremel :) BUT... what sometimes aggravates me, if/when I think of it, is no USB C with the rest of the I/O., on the left side of the top, near-the front left corner. Moving from the front to the back, first comes the on/off switch (very good), then comes the reset switch. There are a lot of cases like that... Moving from the back to the front, first comes the headphone/microphone, then 2 USB A, then... where I expect to find the USB C on a modern case... there is then reset switch.... BUT the cut out in the metal looks to be exactly the size and shape for USB C. Why is that? (One of these days, if I am aggravated enough I will haul out a micrometer and check.) If I am given the choice between USB C snd a reset switch, I will take USB C every time. There is space for a reset switch at the other end of the line. There also looks to be enough space in plastic box protecting the circuit board under the I/O. (A big improvement on the sg05 and sg13). Is there a planned upgrade in the near future. Or will it only be for the next revision of the sg13? Come on... A new omputer case in this day and age with no USB C in/on the front. Really ? REALLY ??????

I just looked at it again. I misspoke. With a full size atx psu it does allow a 92mm fan... far from ideal.

Those hemispherical case feet should be magnetic and mayby white, despite the higher cost. Not a smart design choices, if you ask me.

What is GPU compatability like? Dual slot / Reference only or is there some wiggle room for larger partner boards?
@HardwareForGamers2 жыл бұрын
It will fit UpTo a 2.5 slot card no longer than 275mm
@BarnabyFWNightingale Жыл бұрын
Fits any dual fan and most reference cards. The only AMD reference card that doesn’t fit is the 7900 XTX. I have a 6750 XT reference in mine and it’s great thermally and space-wise. It can do up to 2.5 slot width, 3 slot is too big.

Don't know what this case is supposed to be - They should have the GPU up top in it's own compartment with large openings at the sides for the hot air to vent - if they had a look at most Graphics cards the hot air goes out the top& bottom of it due to the way the finstack is arranged - I wouldn't use it with anything high powered.

Excuse me for the dumb question, is it better to have front intake and back exhaust or front exhaust and back intake?
@HardwareForGamers Жыл бұрын
Technically it depends on the case. For most cases you want it balanced (as much air in to the case as air out of the case), but there are cases like the h510 that work better in negative pressure.
@silentheaven Жыл бұрын
@@HardwareForGamers Thank you, but I meant in this case, the SUGO SG16.
@HardwareForGamers Жыл бұрын
As you can see in the temperature testing, both the CPU and GPU work best in negative pressure. Now based on my testing you only need one rear exhaust fan.
