@@TamaraKane Hi Tamara, I admit when I watched this originally I didn't look at the website closely and I didn't understand it was AI created. I thought a real person put it together. That is why I thought it was imaginative. I really do see your point. I love to knit and crochet and something I have been seeing a lot lately are fake AI patterns. They show something that looks phenomenal, and people pay for the pattern only to find that it doesn't make the design it was supposed to. Also when you look closer you realize that hidden in the picture are shapes and designs hat could never have been knitted. It is often very subtle. Really rips people off. Now I have to look over everything with a fine tooth comb where before I would have trusted the pattern creator. Anyway, thanks for your comment and setting me straight. Have a great day.

Clear can also mean transparent. The milk is white but not transparent. The mermaid's skin looks like a rose petal. My Caucasian skin is not like a rose petal. In short, the mermaid could very well be translucent like a jellyfish can be. Especially living at the bottom of the sea. So a Caucasian mermaid is just as unrealistic as a dark-skinned mermaid. So please don’t talk to me about the original again. He only contradicts your arguments. And in the original, hair color is not mentioned. Just that they are long. In the Disney cartoon, the red color of the hair was chosen to counterbalance the green color of the tail. These are complementary colors like yellow with purple, and blue with orange. Finally, I refer you to the concept of adaptation which can be as close as possible to the original but also very far away. It is the freedom of the one who adapts.
