Dude i really need you, please answer if you’re out there, i saw your baskin robins video, how did u get the job, instead of an interview I had a trial shift and then the manager said that I didn’t have much initiative and that she was gonna hire someone else but the owner decided to give me a second chance, what did she mean by initiative and what did u do to get the job?🙏🙏🙏

uhh I'm gonna be very honest with you.. I just turned in an application (no interview) and I got to start the day after so I am not too sure.. (a lot of my friends worked there too so that might have been why lol) They might be more picky now bc a bunch of people work there.. Sorry if this didn't help LMAO
