What Darla did is wrong because she threw away his relationship with Alfalfa and pushed him away, he is not to blame for bad things, surely she did not know that Spanky and Waldo are the ones that did bad things, well, it is Darla's fault, she brought it on herself, she messed it up herself.

Usually with a character like Tommy Pickles, his personality is more happy, positive, optimistic, confident, brave, and under protective, whereas when Darla was speaking in Tommy Pickles’s voice (if I’m still right), it looks like Tommy Pickles is more of an opposite version of himself with a personality of being sad, negative, pessimistic, cowardly, and thinking the worst things about life, usually with a personality like that, wouldn’t be what Tommy Pickles actually is, that personality would be more related with Chuckie Finster from Rugrats voiced by Christine Cavanaugh. So this means it could be Tommy Pickles’s voice fused with Chuckie Finster’s personality for Darla.
