No one commented, but I find you are becoming extremely slim. Your face even with the beard, shows what I wrote, deep lines!! Your place is becomig gorgeous. My grandfather, from my dad side, was from that region, Braga, it rains and rains!! And during summers its extremely hot. You are doing a great job, and every week lots of work done!! Dan I am so proud on the achievement with the home sted. And that you are coping with the loss of your beautiful wife sindy. BUT I am sure sindy is looking down on you from heaven with mason and noticing you seem to be looking thinner. I know sindy would say you have a slimmer body and eat well and she bless her would say about her being more curvier. I know you will be missing her Tomatoes sauce and the delicious salads she prepared ect. But please make sure you eat a little extra . I hope I am not offending you by my comment. But we are all sindys warriors and keeping an eye on you now. And you are achieving so much in a small time. 😊

Wow Dan, you're quite the neat freak. The toolshed looks awesome. I'm going to steal your idea for the top shelf for my sewing room for easy access. My dad was carpenter and always told me sewing and carpentry has only two differences... carpenters tools are way more dangerous and fabric is way more forgiving than wood. Love your homestead. Dan, it looks very clean and organized on the land. I love the innovation on the edge of the river with the grape vine and fruit trees. You changed the neglected situation. Are you allowed to build or create a route/steps down to the river? Your creations will prevent dangerous situations on the river edge. Well done!

Great video. Yummy on the artichokes. I’m not sure if Michigan weather would allow growth of an artichoke. But I do love eating them. The flowers to them are beautiful as well. Glad you enjoyed yourself in Lisbon.

The pond plant is water celery also known as water parsnip and is part of the carrot family. All parts of it are edible and it has antioxidants which are good for you.

Lovely work that grape vine is a wild vine i don’t think you can eat it I have the same on my land and was told is a wild plant. Just get it checked out. Take care 😊
