The disciples rejoiced when they saw Jesus because he is the Resurrection and the Life. That’s why we rejoice and celebrate him on Easter. It’s a joyous occasion for us every single year. Philippians 4:4: says: “Rejoice in the Lord always, and again I say Rejoice”. We should rejoice for Jesus not just on Easter but every single day. Thank you for the lesson. Good as always.

Will everyone please continue to pray for my fiancee (Ashley) and I (Chris). For our relationship to be strong and remain strong and be stronger and for a home together and marriage. We both want to be married and find a home, but we have a few obstacles holding us back including financially. Please pray for us for open doors and God's blessings and favor for our relationship. Please pray our hearts remain soft towards one another. Thank you for keeping us in your prayers.

Excellent review as always. In regards to your question what did John believe? I believe this was John's point of salvation. That Jesus was crucified, dead and buried but on the 3rd day he arose with all power in his hands. Although John had been a follower of Christ he didn't understand the teaching until he SAW and BELIEVED! JESUS arose just like he said. Amen.

Hi Pastor Jones! I wanted to answer your question: What did John believe when he looked in the empty tomb. My answer is that he believed Mary Magdalene’s testimony, because he had seen it with his own eyes but before that point he didn’t know if her testimony was enough for him.

I absolutely agree with you
