The London Requiem: Kyrie

Benjamin Till introduces the second movement of his London Requiem, a setting of gravestone inscriptions he found in cemeteries across London. He looked at 20,000 graves whilst searching for the 50 epitaphs features in the piece, which was premiered by the Rebel Chorus at dusk in Abney Park cemetery in 2012.
