I really love your research to complete Harvey's "The Rest of the Story". The background you provide makes Mr. Harvey's tale come to life.

No doubt, bestowing love and kindness to an animal will earn their loyalty and devotion. It is my sincerest hope that everyone will get to experience this in their lifetime. I'm just glad that moral was passed along in written verse, no matter who gets the credit. I think you are right about Sarah being the likely author.

It’s easy to tell what kind of person someone is when you see how they treat animals. Love animals and they will love us in return. The same goes for humans. :)

My niece is patent lawyer in Melbourne Australia mainly engineering Over few wines we came to conversation of stories, she said extremely hard feild, something like only 5 story lines. Story we believe I guess is one we like. Little girl story is cute. 6am here wife so clinical 😂

Excellent detective work, thanks Brad! Would you like to investigate the Billy the Kid/Brushy Bill Roberts delema?

I would really like to find the story he did about my fiance and the fair's she won showing cattle in highschool. Thank you for the work you put into keeping Paul's story telling and teaching going!!! Thank you.

Thanks for sharing your interesting findings with us regarding Mary's Lamb. While your research would seem to indicate that Sarah Hale wrote the poem, I think I'd prefer to remember the story as Paul Harvey told it. It is sweet to think of how John Roulstone comforted sad little Mary.

Mary had a little lamb, then she had a lobster tail, some broccoli, fried potatoes, a half a chicken, and big piece of apple pie. Man can that girl eat! Love the video. Please keep keeping us informed on all the things we never heard of! LOL Just kidding. I do like your info and thank you for all the research you do.

I like John's story better - Is it possible he just quoted, or had a copy of the poem with him? Have a great day - God bless!

Sarah Hale probably has the more credible claim, but I like the story of John Roulstone better!
