cuuuuuute!! i wanna do this when I'm older! how well does it pay, what are the hours, and what kind of struggles are there when being a zookeeper?

Orca it doesn't pay that much, you'll work mostly around 8 hours a day but if something happens you won't get to go home until it's sorted because animals dont care about closing hours 😂 plus there's a lot of bodily obstructions. For example, if you go trough everything to become a zookeeper and you finally find a job, and you fuck up your back unfixable, you're done. No more zookeeping for you. So you really have to keep track of your body and working out and lifting would benefit you
