The two cops at the end were so nice, give them some love, chat hoppers. They were also the ones who rushed over to the prison to check why no one was there to get X back up only to get attacked by him. If you saw it on stream, you know that X needed this long chase to blow of steam. And he was lucky to find the right kind of cops (dealing with his shit without taking it too personal and dishing it out as well) that processed him in the end to calm things down to prevent the prison-revenge cycle.
