I think the entity being tracked for almost 8 minutes here is the HEAT copper metal penetration jet. It seems to have bounced off the top of the right shinbone of a crewmember and somehow seems to not have been registered to leave the vehicle or have had the last collision with the vehicle, being tracked by the killcam in perpetuity until the end of the match.
