Don't Feel by Travis of Bickley I just don't feel right, I feel left... Left alone in a world full of people. I know there's lots of them, I see them, I see them everywhere, a world full of people. I think they can see me, at least some of them can. At least for a flashing second. It's just that a flashing second is not sufficient. I would love the touch of somebody's hand, the hug of someone's arms around my neck. The embrace that reflects a love without conditions. A love that I can feel from now until forever. A time where everything is right. Until there's nothing left.

Yet here am I for those of you who may have need of such a thing as me. Keep me as you see fit. Or better yet... Make an end of it. Rend me asunder, then you can wonder: "Does his essence yet wander through out the all of you... You who have yet to be torn asunder. Or as a last resort, if in me, you find a morsel of love to be taken in, either by you or another whose yearning for such a thing as this bit of love in me, then give them this bit of me... this tiny speck of love. See Alone by Travis of Bickley I sit on my couch... All the rest of them; without. In my stupor of age, I dream Of company, words and friends. A book, I turn the page; a scheme Of plans not met or made amends. Tobacco from my pouch, Cancered fingers and the gout. In my habit of silence, I think What is the way out of all this? I tip the bottle for a drink Of a saner life I do so miss. But I have chosen a way; a path... Have stumbled and fallen to face God's wrath. I sit on my couch... WATER by Travis of Bickley I walk thru mists of wishful thinking...of what might have been. Thru fogs of burdens crushing me...and my inability to change... Them...those walls of water rushing to the sea... See what I mean...Thru the mists; the fogs; the water of seas. See what I mean... nothing...but sweat upon the brow of Atlas wiping away this moisture...this vapor of nothingness Atlas... A memory of an ice-covered Mountain... purity defined. A single droplet of Water.. fresh and flowing thru a crevice... becoming a rivulet growing in size and purpose; becoming a stream cutting a path down the great Mountain. Down the Everest becoming a river, roaring and wild questions the Falls below it. The falls roaring and pounding, that life giving liquid, into oblivion and rejection, back into the flow of Life homeward to the Sea and the finality that is found there. Settling down and deep; deep into the abyss...even atop the door to Hades itself, and all the heat there in that tainted water of Everest . But all the debris and detritus , together on this journey through droplet ,rivulet, streams, branches and rivers, puddles, ponds, lakes and inlets. All the evil found within it, dead at the bottom of the Sea. And then the heat from a thousand Hades warms the atoms of that soul . Hot and heated.. Rising on a column of God's handiwork, out of the depths into the sphere of air, out into the space of God's Universe , into the arms of that creator. (All that debris, that detritus, that garbage, that sewage, that sin. all gone ). And that Ascension, and that evaporation, and that transformation, into the NEW BEING...that pure soul... cuddled in the arms of God. EVER REST

Hung in space Where Earth used To be and, Where Earth used Us all up! So I thumbed a lift On an Interplanetary shift On a Radio whim. And I thought of Them, my brothers Clem, Slide, and Slim. All had flown away Years Before I earned my Wings, But not the kinds They did. Mine is just metal And Theirs are feathers. I have cried a lot of Tears And all my mood Swings Where all my screaming Hid. I really wanna getta Myself altogether So... Mars is not where I wanna be; Just want the stars Shining down On me.

For loneliness is an invitation to his charms, And you and all your baggage to hold tightly in his arms. With blade held high, his bones in robe and cowl, He'll chase you doggedly, and suck away. You'll howl! You'll tell him you're not lonely now, firm in your denial. But Death spans the universe from height and length and breadth. He knows you well, and you can tell when soon he swings the scythe. You can lock the door and bolt it too! And all to no avail. You invited Death with your loneliness, So start the party with all his friends; here's hoping It ends well.
