On the topic of the whole "Virginia Is For Lovers" slogan, keep in mind that up until a year or 2 ago there was a law on the books that forbade unmarried couples from sleeping together. So, there was one type of lovers that the state wasn't for.

Fun fact: there *is* a connection between Timbaland and the boots! His real name is Tim, and before "Timbaland" he went by the stage name DJ Timmy Tim (I wish I were joking). After Missy Elliott discovered him, she started working with producer DeVante Swing (of Jodeci fame), and DeVante is the one who renamed him Timbaland -- literally taking the name from the boots -- because he thought it sounded better than DJ Timmy Tim (and he was obviously correct). I remember the days when this channel was just mostly used as "archive land" for live streams on the main channel. How times have changed!! I also remember the days when I would just watch the archives because I was always late for the streams (timezones were my enemy). I would only be able to reach the Friday streams as it would be Saturday morning in my country and I would watch the live streams on my car ride to my university for my sole Saturday college class.
