Which would recomend? I'm torn between the Lore and the Link but leaning towards the link because it looks like it a has a little bit more storage

Great question! They are both well-made bags, but I personally prefer the layout of the Link.

Between the Lore and Legend, what’s the difference in capacity of the main compartments? Thanks!

The Legend can fit up to 24 discs in the main compartment while the Lore can fit up to 16.
