Fact about Angus Martin: Angus became paralyzed because of an accident caused by Billy Grey when they rode together. Billy didn't see a truck and it struck the two. Both of them survived, but Angus lost the use of his legs, forcing him to maneuver around in a wheelchair. Billy ended up being incarcerated before the events of TLaD

@@broden4838 I always assumed that 250k was the last of the money Pegorino had and that he was getting ready to flee Alderney. He had a boat ready to go and seemed to be waiting in the casino while his goons probably tried to scrape some cash, based off some dialogue with Little Jacob. It’d also explain why Pegorinos still able to hire a sizable amount of goons and at one point he says he’ll give 50,000 to whoever manages to kill Niko.

@@broden4838 It’s a lot like Niko said, they thought he was a joke and an annoyance. Based off the missions with the Pavanos and John Gravelli it’s clear that they don’t respect the pegorinos at all and view them as a bunch of 3rd rate goons. Niko was actually the one to win Gravellis respect, making him a known associate of the strongest crime family in the city. we know that the commission would have taken the Pegorinos out once they found out that they were attacking the Ancelottis, who were the weakest of the 5 families.If it wasn’t for Niko Pegorino would’ve been killed by those Pavano hitmen in his first mission and it’s pretty clear that Niko was the most effective “muscle” of the organization. The mafia probably was glad Niko took Pegorino out and wasn’t gonna stand in his way basically, but I don’t think they would’ve paid him for killing Pegorino since they would’ve just tried sending their own hitmen or something. Basically I think your first theory is more likely

Johnny was violated, they made him a bitch. I don’t understand why they made his character so disappointing , a junkie with no self-respect and would rather he wasn’t even there, so, so, so disappointing, he could of been a big part of the game with his ties and what he did in TLAD game, it’s like all that character development just erased in a few minutes of introducing him in GTA V, the scene after Trevor fucked his girl, it just killed the whole mood when I replayed TLAD because I just kept thinking “how has he come to this? After all the time I spent in the game, it feels like a waste to see him turn out like that. I preferred the 3 main characters in IV than V, Niko is my all time favourite GTA protagonist, I’m Eastern European myself living in the UK, and I thought Johnny and Luis were great characters, Each of them had more personality than all of V protagonists combined, Trevor was just crazy white man, Micheal was depressed white man and Franklin was just boring black man , like CJ on anti-psychotics

I wish Rockstar wouldn't have killed off Johnny Klebitz so easily. He should have had a longer fighting scene with Trevor instead of Johnny crying acting non biker like. It's uncharacteristic for him to act like that no matter the circumstance. They killed off a fully developed character that a lot of OG fans cared about in the dumbest way.

I like the parallels between this DLC and RDR's story. Manipulative gang leader on a downward spiral leads to the fragmentation of his gang and eventual demise by one of his former brothers/sons. Even some of the dynamics between the members seem similar

GTA in 2009 you ride with you crew in single player. 2021 you ride on futuristic Oppressor MK2 and destroy everyone with homing rockets. Not to metion that beetween 2000 to 2010 we got 4 GTA main games 2 big Story DLC, and nowadays we get a remaster for GTA V for each console generation, and the same map for GTA Online (GTA VI).If this trend will continue we can expect for GTA VII to have alien invasion, matrix simulation were you do mini games with superpowers to earn money, and more expensive shark cards (basically Saint Row 4, and Gat out of Hell clone).

Some might notice that Billy's case worker Chad strongly resembles Brad from GTA V, and that is because both of them were voiced by the same person, and Rockstar has a habit of making minor characters look like the person who voiced them. The same occurrence happens in Red Dead Redemption, were a minor character; the unnamed old man in the stranger mission water and honesty, strongly resembles Hosea Matthews from Red Dead Redemption 2, and this is because they both have the same voice actor, who also provides the likeness for both characters.

One thing I find amusing about the two story expansions is that the one activity the protagonist is vocally against in the storyline, is the one that nets you the most cash in-game. TLAD - Johnny is against needless gang violence. Gang Wars, especially doing all 50, pay out the most cash in-hand. TBOGT - Luis is against getting involved in Armando and Henrique's drug dealing business. Doing all 50 Drug Wars nets you the most cash in the game.

I’ve always found it interesting seeing these 3 characters lives intercept with the other in the criminal underworld. You see all 3 perceptions in the Herion deals and Diamond deals how they were robbed off each other not knowing who the other 2 are. They all probably just assumed the other characters were just another thug in Liberty City which is infested with thugs and an extremely high crime rate of murder, robbery, drugs, gangs, corruption and of course carjacking.

This game was depressing as hell, especially when I accidentally found out Johnny was killed in GTA5. I hated the fact that Johnny had just a crappy mattress to flip on. They couldn’t even give him a full on bed. Even at the house he gain when Brain died was a run down piss hole. One thing I’ve never notice on my first play through is if you can save any of the other brothers while on the gang wars. I really liked TLATD but my major complaint with it was that it was extremely short and that the story feels rushed due to it, like the antagonist switches rapidly from the corrupt cops to Ray to Billy
