@Gloria Sheppard because they stock the fish and tag the fish, and they can't reproduce in there (as said by the tour guides), and they do not leave because they get fed so often - so I imagine they just keep inventory.

I've been there, About 20 years ago, I was with a group, like scouts called pathfinders and we spent the night in the cave, we had a guide that took us all around in the cave during the night, Didn't sleep much that night, It was quite awesome and we saw the area that the regular tourists do not see, I would say we spent 6 hours and never hit the same trail twice!

I drive by this place everyday on my way to work, and haven't actually visited in at least 24 years. Might be time to check in again.

I lived here for the first 20 years of my life and i always looked back on the lost sea as a fun time, middle school, high school, even taking the wild tour, the natural caving entrance located around the back, this video brings me back good memories and i thank you for it
