Just preordered the new version of this figure they’re re-releasing. Looks like they’re updating the head sculpt, face plates, the body, and the cape will be different since it’s wired. I much prefer this cowl over the dark knight egg shaped cowl. Great review as always, Spot!

I heard that they used black plastic, and its more fragile than the regular plastic ball joints. That problem is very common w/ this figure. Its too bad.

Me too, Batman Begins is my favorite from the whole trilogy... along with the suit. Begins had a perfect Gotham Slum/comic book yellowy look which i loved. Plus the suit is much more better. TDK Had a generic city which was easy to tell that it was being filmed in chicago... And the suit looks so bulky/patched.. Like he took riot gear from a SWAT Officer.

I've had a broken ankle with my t 800 then i glued the peg to the socket and it was a succes. Why don't you try that Spot ? The Bat deserves good care there. 🥰😉🦇

I would love to have a Batman Begins Suit, but i feel like or hope that Hot Toys will make a new Version of this Figure. Soooo i think, i will wait. The 1/4 Scale is awesome, but i would rather have a 1/6 Scale Version.

The ankle breakage on this figure was/is a massive problem. I really wanted to buy this figure, but I just can't bring myself to pay hundreds for a figure that'll have broken ankles.

If you see closely batman head looks a little big then the rest of the body

For the suit use baby powder g as I have the batman hot toys from the dark Knight and I use baby powder on the suit and stops all that shit sticking to the suit

it's annoying that there are so many figures out there of most iterations of batman, beit from the movies or TV, apart from Batman forever. I appreciate that batman and robin was a bad film, so they'll probably never make a hot toys George Clooney Batman, but batman forever was pretty cool.

I haven't seen this mentioned, but I'm pretty sure those 'covers' on the cape pegs, are to be placed under the rubber suit, almost like a bolt and nut system. Only reason I can see as to why those would be there. Would keep the pegs from popping out as you mentioned and experienced.

That sucks about the boot I just bought my first hot toys figure but it's a custom Tony Stark though all the parts are hot toys branded I still can't wait to get my hands on it

I am so frustrated by this figure!!! How do you peg in the cape!!?? It seems it cant peg into the holes. I tried just uses the pegs without the cape and I could not get it in. Theres a disk underneath the rubber and I cant peg the cape into place!!
