The window jumping is actually harping on to a very common occurrence with magic mushrooms where many people have sudden urges to leap out of windows, many have also done it and it has been reported to have been fatal for some a few times as well. Its so well known that many advocates of psychedelics I've seen actually suggest to not trip in any space with windows.
