@@jurassicreviewschannel Don't worry, dude, I'll waiting for them, for sure... yes, of course, especially the "RAM HEAD" Pachy, Parasaurolophus, "Snap Jaws" Raptor & Stegosaurus (these ones, along the Bull T-rex, are in my Top 5 of predilects in 'TLW' toy line ;) ). But I LOVE practically all the work of Kenner in the 90's, so whatever the figure you dedice to review, I'm going to see that! And I LOVE even the 'Jurassic Park 3' line from Hasbro because there're good sculpts, awesome electronic features... and basically because I grew up with them (JP3 was the first JP movie I saw in theaters when I was 6). Haha, sorry for write a lot... 😅

Still have this one from my childhood,loved it and it was my only trex until this christmas. Love your reviews and the depth you go into the figures is amazing! Mine doesnt have the badly bent tail and the sounds work but hes got tears and paint wear

@@kycoke1695 the Original Kenner red rex was good, but the bull or thrasher are just improvements overall. If you like the original red rex look get it, but thrasher us objectively more accurate because Kenner just used the red rex mold but made improvements themselves and the bull is just awesome because of everything it does

Funny how this figure that’s supposedly based on the Buck Rex is called Bull, but in the films, the Bull became the nickname of the T-Rex from JPIII.

I did play with this as a kid, but it was in 3rd grade, my teacher just had it in the room for kids to play with. I remember playing with it and stuffing a random human down it's mouth, being amazed I could retrieve it from the belly. That's how I know this was the figure, and of course the colors I only got to play with it once, and who knows where it is now. Hopefully not damaged Now today, I own the Omega T Rex instead, and I got it for free. I even restored the sounds to it

I got mine brand new from target in 1997. Box was exactly like that. I may be wrong but I seem to remember mine costing a whole lot more than $29.99. Seems like I remember it being closer to $50-60. Being allowed to get it was a big deal. My dad let me pick one thing for successfully passing my hunters safety course

And thats interesting, I mainly go off of the prices listed on JPtoys, but I have noticed differences between what the price says there and some of the stickers on the boxed toys I have. Ill have to search around and see if there's any pictures out there of boxed versions with retail stickers still on them.

Fun fact: the gulper trex had the number 22 on its jp mark. That is the exact same number used on the Utah raptor. I wonder if the Utah’s number was changed once the gulper was canceled? (Edit: from what I can tell they both share the number in the distributor magazine the gulpers image came from. That’s pretty odd).

Gulper is the one JP toy I wish got a release, that Series 2 packaging would have looked amazing on a larger toy.

@@jurassicreviewschannel to my knowledge only test shots of it have ever seen the light of day online. Maybe a few complete ones might be in the hands of private collectors? There really isn’t any way to know for sure. I wouldn’t be surprised if they designed a box for it, same for the jungle color vehicles. (Imagine how cool the art might have looked).

@JurassicReviews The only thing I don't like of the 'Chaos Effect' Bull T-rex's his awful orange paint job on his back, tail and legs, and the fact that his toe claws aren't painted. But yes, still I prefer much more the common Bull from 'The Lost World', because his colors are canonic. And I think the 2k9 electronic features and articulation are far superior than in the original Bull, and still I prefer those colors (very similar to the unrelease "Gulper" from Series 2) over the "Omega" T-rex. If the 2k9 release had 'TLW' colors and the original action feature inside his throat crossing all the stomach, it would have been the BEST Bull T-rex of all times, maybe even the BEST Tyrannosaurus rex piece in the Jurassic franchise!!!

cool video!!! thanks for your time making it... was curious what kind of battery does it use? i dont want to take the old batters out yet until i buy the new batteries... mines is kind of complicated because its flat and skinny where i'll have to put something in it to stretch it to get to the batteries or battery... once i replace the battery ill probably stuff it with bubble wrap to make it fatty again lol haha.... i still need to fix the tail too probably put warm water or little hot to bend the tail back straight .... if anybody as any info on the batteries please let me know .... thank you!!

The Bull T-Rex beats it in length, I think the spino is only about 15/16 inches long, though it certainly could stand taller because of the legs having joints.
