The Love Box

The lovingly restored Red Phonebox in Sneyd Park Bristol is sending out a special message for Valentine's Day - Spread the Love!
The phone box is a disused BT kiosk on Julian Road in Sneyd Park (BS9 1LL). The box is a K6 model, which was introduced in 1935. It was restored in May 2019, as a community project, by 'The Friends of the Phonebox', who maintain it and change its decoration to suit the season; with Christmas lights, Valentine’s Day hearts and live flower boxes for Spring and Summer. The project is funded by donations through JustGiving and has Instagram and Facebook pages.
