When I was in treatment for cancer, both times, my cats were glued to me like they were stuck on with Velcro. They purred so loudly at times I needed earplugs (true story) but their presence was extremely comforting to me. And now I know it was healing❤️

That's a beautiful thought ❤. My cat, WINKY laid on my chest every night when I first went to bed. He weighed 20 lbs. so it was a bit uncomfortable but it was very comforting and with the purring I enjoyed it. He's been gone 4 years and I really miss him. ❤

I had total knee replacement surgery on last September 30th. I was hospitalized for three days. My sweet calico rescue refused to eat while I was gone. Since my return, she has been even more glued to me than before, as if it were possible. She used to sleep next to my feet. Now, she comes near my hip, she gives me a big bump of her hip, she gets installed in the crease of my waist and she gives me a big healing purr as I rub her belly. She has been putting me to sleep this way since then. 😻

My cat did this tonight I’m serious unwell with Crohn’s disease and I was sobbing in pain and she gently Climbed up on my belly and chest and purred so loud I’ve ever heard and her tail kept swishing over my sore belly and I just cried my heart out cos it wa sso so so lovely and I almost fell asleep she kept biting my hand gently to make sure I wasn’t unalive it’s so horrible the pain I’m going through and then I seen this clip I had no idea that’s why they do that. and rightly so...bc thing like cold ect you can easly manage yourself, its self curable. Cats are for much special "task". Their healing abilities are designed much deeper , so to say (sory not eng speaker) and at bigger issues. The healing is even scientificaly proven, U can research about it. First you have to understand the connection between the animal (cat) and you...what is it of nature, you can't be shallow abt it, its not working like that :) If you dont feel what cat really is...
