Charles Haddon (C.H.) Spurgeon (June 19, 1834 January 31, 1892) was a British Reformed Baptist preacher who remains highly influential among Christians of different denominations, among whom he is still known as the "Prince of Preachers." In his lifetime, Spurgeon preached to around 10,000,000 people, often up to 10 times a week at different places. His sermons have been translated into many languages. Spurgeon was the pastor of the New Park Street Chapel in London for 38 years. In 1857, he started a charity organization called Spurgeon's which now works globally. He also founded Spurgeon's College, which was named after him after his death.
Spurgeon was a prolific author of many types of works including sermons, an autobiography, a commentary, books on prayer, a devotional, a magazine, and more. Many sermons were transcribed as he spoke and were translated into many languages during his lifetime. Arguably, no other author, Christian or otherwise, has more material in print than C.H. Spurgeon.

I wonder why this sermon have only have 7 comments. This sermon is the beginning of a wonderful trip. Please take time to listen to it from beginning to end. It’s now 5:15am. I have learnt so much. Listen to this sermon when you are not tired. I’m really looking forward to spending more time contemplating our sweet Jesus. Beautiful sermon. For God so love the world ! Jesus is coming back as our Judge. Take a look at the cross, to see how much HE loves us. Please acknowledge His love and repent of your sins. He is gone to prepare a place for us, and promise He will come again . Those who believe will live with Him forever. Be ready when He comes. He will come when we least expect . Please read your Bible, and find a Bible believing church. Feed on His word. Have faith in HIM. He loves us. Don’t wait until it’s too late.

I tried to share this sermon with what I thought was a Christian "friend" but now I regret it, because im afraid it meant so little to this person, that it absolutely threw me and it is as if I fell from a great height, and dashed on rocks below. Here is my sin, that I shared something as sublime as these sermons, and it was, like our LORD, counted for nought. Now Ive been made to feel as if I've committed some great sin rather than performed a act of love pleasing to God. Forgive me LORD, and set me right again.

The Lord states that we are all called to be disciples of Christ, that is the great commission. How can any believe if they have not heard? Therefore take no credit nor blame for what you have done, but know that it was the holy spirit in you that seeks to please God. Your roll is in spreading the seed, not determining what is produced. Glory to God forever and ever!

One of my favorite hymn reads: Jesus the very thought of thee, with sweetness fills my breasts, but sweeter far thy face to see, and in thy presence rest. O hope of every contrite heart, o joy of all the meek, to those who fall how kind thou art, how good to those who seek. (Here is the part similar to the title of the sermon) But what to those who find? Ah this. No tongue or pen can show, the love of Jesus, what it is. None but his loved ones know
