Whatever you mentioned doesn’t make any sense, as mentioned by Lord Krishna, first you cannot hurt a soul. If you go to lower realms you mentioned Lord Yama will punish you. Punish to whom .. soul ? Or you will born over there? If you born, then he will wait until you become adult and then punish you or he will punish immediately after you born. Lord Krishna mentioned everything in this world will go as my plan. So the person enjoying material gratification is due to Krishna will. Why would it become a Sin. Why all religions talk about Sin first, First impressions anyone will remember is fear towards god. We should cultivate loving towards God. Material gratification is not a bad thing if you use it properly. If you use poison in proper way it can become a medicine. Too much material gratification will waste your time and you cannot do other things that’s it. What is Sin in this world ?

Please read science of self realization , you will get more clarity! When the soul leaves the gross body( which is made up of Pancha buthas) it carries its subtle body ( which is made up of mind, intelligence & false ego) . Because of the subtle body soul suffers! To understand Karma better study “ BhagavadGita as it is “ by Srila Prabhupad! Do not argue with sadhus with your superficial knowledge ! To understand BG, you should become submissive! 🙏

the concept of Time would be different i guess...if one were to take birth in a lower planet or a higher one, I dont think it will be the same as being born as a baby on earth and growing into an adult...look all of this is my speculation...i am not claiming my views to be the truth, just my 2 cents...but I dont think "taking birth" in a lower planetary system say Atala or Rasatala or in a higher system, say Svargaloka would be like taking birth on Earth as a baby and growing into an adult...Humans are very very strongly subjected to the influence of Time...we tend to assume that Time works in the same way or is perceived in the same way by all beings like demigods, asuras, nagas etc and perceived in the same way in all planetary systems..but I do not believe this is true...Time is perceived very differently on other planes of existence....who is to say that one cannot immediately "take birth" or come into existence in a higher/lower system with a "mature" body...one whose consciousness is mature..not infantile...yes everything is as per Krishna's plan..but we mortals can never even come close to understanding what His plan is..it cannot be fully understood or perceived by our limited human senses....even material gratification depends on what state of consciousness you are in I guess...theres fine line between love and lust for example....you can love the other person as a soul and still enjoy sense gratification or you can merely view them as flesh and enjoy sense gratification.....again I reiterate that I am no expert in this subject...but when we start to enjoy, we fall further and further down and away from the Lord, start to envy...lust more, then we come under the influence of anger, which leads to delusion, degradation of intelligence...finally to a beastly existence like the Nagas/Reptilains in the Patala...where it may not even be possible to know of Krishna....where the idea or form of Krishna may not even exist...Karma is supreme...but Krishna consciousness may liberate us from our karmic acts... again this is just my two cents....fear of God is good....but love for Krishna is also important...there are Sins in this world...but this is a very debatable subject matter...hurting other souls for your own gratification is a sin...denigrating God is a Sin...considering that there is no Sin is also a sin...it is a part of one's demoniac nature and one should not succumb to it..Hare Krishna
