The funniest part in all of this, is that Viol2t is legit the fastest beat charging Lucio I have ever seen, always having a beat faster by about 5~10 seconds(which is huge). With this amazing ability to get beat fast, he just has about a 30% chance to Ajax with it. I present to you, my GOAT.

The meaning behind Viol2t's actions are really simple: Because he is the GOAT (2xChamp, 4 straight finals on both MS and FS, 2-time role star and the most absurd liquepedia page ever) to make the game more fun to him and everyone who is playing each fight he rolls a die to determine whether he is going to carry that fight or int his brains off. He hasn't gotten worse, just a bit more unlucky.

Thank you! I do think it is important to emphasize that positioning and many decisions in OW are dependent and many factors, and there's almost never a solid rule as to how to play. It is easy to build habits, and then end up with a 50% WR, and get stuck. I want to try and encourage players to try new things and always be thinking proactively about the composition they are playing against and with!

int means intentionally feeding, which is when you play too aggressive /or far up and cause yourself to die, typically putting your team at a disadvantage.

It can mean feeding, but it also used to refer to playing extremely aggressive. Sometimes teams will call to "int" to find a trade. It's often a last ditch effort and a risky maneuver that can end very poorly.

Can't tell if it's just confirmation bias, but why does it seem that past off-tank players are generally better in ow2, especially the new heroes? Like JQ was played by off-tanks, Hanbin plays Mauga, Bernar plays Hazard, etc. Vestola, TVNT, Gur3um, RULER, they are all past off-tank players. ... Ok actually I looked a bit more and honestly the split might be rather even. I think in ow2 off-tank and main tank are really just disappearing, but also, there are less good main tanks than off-tanks. A good chunk of the good main tanks left were ball specialists at one point in their life (Belosrea, Junbin, D0nghak) so I think there just isn't room in the game for less mechanical players. Also Hanbin and Bernar are just insane

MT and OT are pretty much irrelevant at this point. I don't think there's any real correlation. The best NA Tank player (by far) is Infekted and he was a MT player. More OT players stuck around but that was moreso by chance. OT isn't necessarily more mechanical than MT, and the reason why there are so many Ball MT players is because of the Ball Zen meta that lasted nearly 2 years at the end of OW1.

Falcons lost to CR, Poker Face and Zeta division in the regular season, while the only team that ever managed to beat CR was Falcons themselves. So, coming into stockholm, CR woulf've been the significant favorites. Still, CR is much better than Falcons

Falcons won Korea Stage 2, Asia Stage 2, and then went on to win Stockholm as well. They were the best Juno Brig team in the world and at the time this match was played, they had just won Stockholm. The best team in the world shifts often, it isn't about overall season results. Crazy Raccoon are back to being the best after this tournament because they are clearly the best hazard team. I don't base who I consider the "best team" off of overall results. Just current results.
