I think a Transcendent transformation would be a perfect one for Isaac. You would need to collect 2 angel items and 2 devil items corresponding to the leviathan, and seraphim transformation in order to get it. It wouldn't give Isaac flight, or spectral, but instead it would give a 50/50 chance to spawn devil and angel deals. But has a chance to spawn both at the same time

I would go for some kinda galaxy based transformation. Get 2 planets to trigger, they become orbitals and look/do different things depending on the planets obtained. Or maybe just a slightly mad version of the "Tiny Planet" item. Have the planets and a few stars flying around you. "Wow, we're getting out of control in a a hurry here." With a title like that, we can breathe a sigh of relief. June needs a run like this. Starting off today our stats are God tier. At the expense of luck and shot speed, we have a fantastic movement speed, tear rate, and damage, not to mention that we're starting right off the bat with freakin' Spindown Die. We got good stat upgrades early on, and thanks to a little bit of finagling with Sacrificial Altar and Spindown Die, we got Athame, and freakin' Incubus in the first Devil Deal. Absolutely huge start. That huge start set the tone for the early game, as the Crystal Key trinket gave us opportunities one after another. The same goes for Member Card + Steam Sale. We got freakin' C-Section + Backstabber, as well as Toxic Shock, so we were flying through rooms fast enough to make Boss Rush. We got an absurd amount of Golden Keys, Golden Bombs, and Lucky Pennies, and we even got Dogma from a Devil Deal room from a Crystal Key trinket payout. Dogma is one of the rarest items to have in a run, because you never "see" it normally. If you didn't know, Dogma is automatically given when the Beast Fight begins, but even then the HUD removes your display of items, so you truly never "see" it. Our damage only got nuttier as we picked up Mutant Spider + The Parasite, and that combo was only magnified even further when our last Devil Deal paid out with freakin' Twisted Pair. We stomped Hush, and even felt good enough for a Delirium Fight on the first Lap. This run fired on all cylinders from the moment it began. I think Jasonator53's Repentance Eden Run Dunk Rating has a verbatim perfect definition for runs like this. A 9, or "Won Run on Floor One" is defined as "From the word 'go,' the game is screwed. Usually a Quality 4 item in the first item room, and the pacing of the game does not slow down from there. Death Certificate and Rock Bottom are immediately at this tier or higher." and uh... yeah not much to say besides that! This run was an absolute treat. Maybe there's a light at the end of the June tunnel.

I like to think about the sinvicta luck more like the sinvicta irony, as in any run you get mapping and imediatly get curse of the lost but in this run you got asked about frustration and struggle bus to being gifted by such Lucky run, sinvicta irony in every form.

First Time Commenter! Been in the Twitch Streams occasionally, watch the runs daily, and wanted to make a comment about this due to how June has been going as far as runs, and it's no fault of Sin's, it's Issac giving a bad hand repeatedly, so I can understand the struggle with the repeated Struggle Bus runs, and how daunting and mentally draining it is, glad Sin is doing good despite it all, and hope he keeps going strong as always! But with how many Struggle Bus/Crawl episodes we've had in June, I was just thinking about this as he mentioned it and wanted to write it in the comments before my brain shuffled it away. The balance of the Struggle Bus Runs and the Domination Runs is wonderful, it's awesome to see the runs where you can absolutely slaughter the game, but it's also nice where the game makes you WORK for that clear, it's in the same example as watching someone play a Soulsborne (Dark Souls. Bloodborne. Elden Ring, etc) where you can watch someone absolutely eat dirt repeatedly against a boss, and how satisfying it is to have the player wipe the floor with said boss, and it's a good balance. Hopefully June clears up with the Struggle Bus/Crawl runs, again this is me writing it early episode so I have no idea how it's going to go, at the time of writing this I am 11 Minutes and 40 Seconds into the video.

I feel like magic 8 ball is underrated. The 16% planetarium chance is really better than it sounds. If you picked it up on floor 3, it would be a 40% chance for a planetarium on the next 3 floors. If picked up on floor 1; its a 60% chance for any of the floors until womb to spawn one. Really underrated item.

Lilith is a character i currently stuggle to play, so my question is: what are some item synergies that make the familar shots easier to manage?

Something that helped me with playing Lilith was getting certain trinkets to help with aiming, such as Duct Tape, Baby Bender, and Childs Leash. Of course items like Spoon Bender or other homing shot items help a lot, but I also feel that some trinkets can also really help and some people may overlook them. Getting more firepower can also help (in my opinion) so getting as many familiars that can shoot may help a lot (as well as work towards conjoined). I am not a very good player by all means so take what I say with a grain of salt, but these are just some things that helped me. 🙂

QOTE: when you first started playing Isaac, how many deaths did it take before you survived a run? For me it took roughly 20 deaths (this was my first mostly combat game). My first win came from the tech challenge, I used it to practice a bunch and eventually I survived a normal Isaac run. I now have all the afterbirth+ characters completed :)
