Just got back from this park. Had a great time minus the 100 degree temperature up there. Trails were fun although some climbing is required. For the most part the the green trail Bear Gulch has 2/3 of a climb towards the end heading into the trail transition area. The other trail head hits you with a climb right off the bat, once complete the trail opens to great flow.

I rode it on my 140/134, and I thought it was perfect. If you've been to Slypark, I would say it's a similar level, but a little more raw with a lot more elevation.

$60 was the price I had in my head knowing it was going to be a shuttle park. I hope it's worth it for you, and everyone else going out to ride.

@@MTBTrailReview Looking at ticket prices for 2024, they are $45 Thur, $55 Fri/Sun and $71 Sat. (They are offering a promotion rate of $30 through Oct 1 of this year.) This seems reasonable and comparable to say Skypark, which doesn't have such an extensive trail system or elevation, but does a great job building wood features, grooming trails, etc. I spoke with the guy who runs the bike shop there and he also mentioned they will likely sell annual passes - ala Skypark. I think the prices are fair - assuming they are constantly running the two shuttle trailers with 40 bike capacity and limiting ticket sales to 150/day... Thanks for the video - it is the best preview out there...

@@MTBTrailReview Yeah the annual pass option would be great and I'm pretty confident they'd do it - kinda have to at those prices. I'm very curious about the number of runs as well... In talking to Trevor at the bike shop (it sounds like he is one of the overall management team?) his estimate was that riders would get 4 runs per day. That doesn't sound like a lot but if you break it down it may be reasonable - it takes the shuttle approx 20 minutes to get to the top. The trails are approx 4+ miles of DH (approx 20 min if you stop a couple times?) and then I would imagine you'd have to wait a bit for the shuttle on a decently busy day - so maybe a average of close to an hour per run? You could probably get more than 4 but it also gets really hot in that area, so depends on time of year and how many hours you'd want to spend in the saddle...etc.
